The following terms and conditions govern all use of LearnwithJADEO.com and all subsidiary webpages (the “Site”), owned and operated by JDAILY Inc. (“JADEO”, “Us,” “We,” or similar terms). By viewing or using the Site, You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and other documents they expressly incorporate by reference (the “Agreement”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If You (“User,” “You,” or similar terms) do not agree with any of the terms of the Agreement, You are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. Premises: Means Our place(s) of business located at 15 Mississauga Road S, Mississauga, ON L5H 2H1;

System: means any online communications infrastructure that JADEO makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;

User/Users: means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by JADEO and acting in the course of their employment;

Website: means the website that you are currently using (www.learnwithJADEO.com) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions; and "We/Us/Our": means JADEO

4. Your JADEO Account

To access the Site or some of the resources it offers, You may be asked to provide registration details. It is a condition of use of the Site that all the information You provide be correct, current and complete. If we believe the details are not correct, current, or complete, we have the right to refuse You access to the Site, or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend Your account. JADEO reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a JADEO User in its discretion at any time, with or without notice. Those wishing to place a link to this Website on other sites may do so only on sites that pertain to LiUNA locals and must link only to the home page of the site www.learnwithJADEO.com without Our prior permission.
